You couldn't find anyone to service in my area. I had to wait 4 days without using my kitchen sink. I ended up getting someone local myself and paid out of my packet. Not happy, I have been a customer of yours for years and this is what I get.

Called on. Friday morning, described my problem, said it would be covered.Also, told me they were sending White plumbing Co. but another company called me and said they where on the way- I told them not to come as I was waiting for Whites. Sadly, Whites had told your company they could not come but your company never told me.Your company finally sent out a service on Sunday and your company then told the service man they would not cover it!!!! When I asked why it was covered on Friday but not on Sunday they had no answer. I also demanded that a manager or someone call me to explain this which I never called on.Yesterday I called and cancelled all my coverage except for the furnace, to say that I am mad is an understatement!!!!!!!

Good guys. Showed up promptly, did a good job and restored the area to its original condition.

The response to my water leak was immediate .The technician was here in 3hours and repaired a water line rapidly.Very satisfied with service. Disappointed my policy didn’t cover dry wall repair.
