If this survey is regarding my open warranty issue for a cooktop vent fan then I have no issues yet, as it is still open and not complete. If this is for the Fridgidaire service man that showed up yesterday then I give 1 star for the fact that we didn’t have a refrigerator repair scheduled. He showed up and asked where the refrigerator was. We said our refrigerator is working just fine. I called In and asked if there was a service call for us and they said no. The Fridgidaire guy said it’s been happening about once a week. Home Serve is sending them out on ghost calls. Better figure out why.

The problem was discovered and initially it was covered to fix but 10 minutes later it wasn’t covered because of anexclusion. However, this exclusion was never listed in our Declarations of Benefits!!

Incomplete! Problem was not solved. Waiting for next step.

This was my first time using the HOMESERV. It was a simple and smooth process. I received a prompt response when I initially called. The local plumbing company called me back in less than an hour to schedule a visit for the next day. Mike (the Plummer) called to let me know he would be arriving in a half hour.
