Sink strainer wasn't covered, so we had to pay out of pocket ($250!!!) for that to be replaced, and the techs had to wait on the phone with HomeServe for 45 minutes to get approval for the approval for the laundry drain to be cleaned, but other than those 2 things, everything went well.

HomeServe was excellent in assisting us with Service Providers to who recently helped with both our Furnace repair then in home gas leak pressure check & repair!Customer representative Moon went above & beyond to find a company who could repair our gas line leak the next day! The original Heating & Plumbing company couldn’t guarantee a service person for at least 48-72 hrs.Warhold did a great job with both of our Home repair issues. We appreciate the prompt service!
