It seemed pretty obvious that the technician that was sent did not intend to perform any services and whose primary goal was to deny coverage for our issues. We’re contacting other plumbers and will likely discontinue homeserve coverage as it does not seem to be useful.

HomeServe, as usual, reacted to my emergency water line break immediately! And the contractor was communicated within 10 minutes of being notified by HomeServe. It was the week before Christmas and I only had to wait 24 hours. Which sounds like a lot but in today’s environment. We just cut off the water until they completed the repair

We had a terrible experience! We had to wait 4 days then when they came from Macatee Plumbing the guy did not fix the issue, and told me he would be back with a machine to unstop my drains, but when I called to see when someone was coming back, Home serve told me the ticket had been closed and written as "problem resolved" By the way I do not want Macatee plumbing to come back out. The guy also got his truck stuck in my lawn (i have a large drive, he did not need to be in the grass) and tore my lawn up very badly! Which is still tore up now! They are supposed to be back on the 27th to fix the yard. I have pics if you want to see them. Home Serve did send a different company out finally and the company "Sprangler Drain" was wonderful! Resolved quickly and very professional!
