When you found the reliable Service Provider and did not cancel the appointment, all was well and the service received was very good. let's see what happens the next time.....

The plumber from Hers and His name Jake, did an unsatisfying job. And they never returned my calls when I reported it!!!

Resolve my issue and fix the problem.

EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTHLY AND QUICKLY.

I called Home serve on Saturday December 3, 2022 explained the situation that I was having and requested a plumber. I was told by the young lady that I would get a return call in 5-10 minutes, after not receiving a call after 30 minutes I called back & was told that someone, a plumber, would be contacting me. I never received a call or spoke with anyone from Home Serve until Monday December 05, 2022, I received a call from “The Drain Doctor” did come. I was told by them I would have to “get a new work order for the tube”, I haven’t heard from them or HomeServe about that work order as of yet. After several calls to Home Serve with no confirmation on Sunday December 4, 2022 I contacted ROTO-Rooter and explained the situation to them that I was having. I explained that the drain was plugged and was over flowing with human waste on the bathroom floor and backing up in the tube and we could not use the restroom so we decided to go and stay in a hotel for the night and we were about to check out, he said that he had three (3) jobs ahead of us. Later someone called back and said they could get here in thirty (30) minutes here. On Sunday mornin Dec. 4, 2022 was charged $497.00 by Roto-rooter. I have had service Home-Serve for years, I pay my bill on time monthly. I feel that I should be re-imburse me for monies for all or a portion of the charges that I paid, due too my not being contacted by your office. I pay you for service and your office was negligent by not contacting me or preforming the services that I was in need of in an emergency. Please confirm with your respond, thank you.

We had to call back and check to see if a provider had beefed contacted and was on the way. They were not. The second person kept us on the phone to make sure that we had a provider on the way and gave us all the contact information.
