IT took 3 attempts to resolve the problem. Although the 3rd person was efficient and go the job done in 30 minutes. After the 2nd attempt I had to wait 5 days which was very challenging living in a house and have run up and Down the steps to prevent a water spillage.

homeserve techs are always prompt, polite, well dressed, friendly and explain what is the problem and explain what they are to do to correct it. i strongly recommend homseve to maintain and repair all home needs. joe F

The Plumbing Company out of Cleveland came and made my plumbing worst. Had to call a local plumbing company to fix mistake. All they had to do is run a heavy duty snake through my basement drain. They ran a small snake and it clogged drain. I live in Youngstown why would you send a company from Cleveland. The told me that they were going to set up a appointment to run scope through line no phone call. I recommend drop home serve not worth it. They send companies from out of town that stinks. Happened to me before. Been with home serve about 10 years. Going to drop all my Home service. Rating below poor.

Every experience with contacting you has been fine until this last time. I really do not know what to think. After persisting with 3 phone calls, I was assured that it was handled, but the provider said that they were contacted 8 hours after my initial call. Then, my suggesting that they contact a second provider, the plumber that came was just fine and swift. I don't know where the communication broke down so it is hard to evaluate. But it was fixed the next day which was great.
