It was nice to know there is help on weekends. They Came on time. They went right to work on clearing the backup in the sewer line going to the street. They were quick and very much appreciated. You forget how much the toilet is used until it can not be used.Thank You very much Stotts plumbing.

its been one week and my clogged basement drain has not been repaired. whats more homeserve can not provide me with a date that the repair will be made.

When I called HomeServe regarding my plumbing problem ( it was on a Saturday), HomeServe immediately called until they got a plumber to come out, French's Plumbing was the plumber. He was prompt and courteous and immediately went to work. He explained each step he was taking and why. My problem was solved in a timely manner and I didn't have to wait until Monday (which would have been unbearable). I am grateful for the service HomeServe provides.
