The problem was discovered and initially it was covered to fix but 10 minutes later it wasn’t covered because of anexclusion. However, this exclusion was never listed in our Declarations of Benefits!!

This was my first time using the HOMESERV. It was a simple and smooth process. I received a prompt response when I initially called. The local plumbing company called me back in less than an hour to schedule a visit for the next day. Mike (the Plummer) called to let me know he would be arriving in a half hour. He was on-time, Professional and got the job done. I was also please that he wore booties over his shoes. Thank you...
