After the first painful call the service was good

Great knowledge of plumber dave cramp, from McClain bros .I learned more from him than the previous five people that made service calls.

Got a call from a vendor the same day, they were able to fix my problem in 10 mins time.

Please do not send McAtee Plumbing to any property that I own. The workman left mud in my tub that I had to clean. He told me that HomeServe did not cover the part that i needed. I asked him about the cost of the service needed. He quoted me a fee of $50.00 for the part and $125.00 for the labor. I found and ordered the part from Amazon for less than $20.00. I called Mcatee back to find out the cost to install the part and was quoted $175.00.To date, there has not been a follow-up call to explain the discrepancy or to schedule a time to install the part—no more MCATEE PLUMBING to my property.

Anthony and Kyle from Total plumbing came to use a camera to check our sewer drain. While attempting this, they found out that we had a clog presumably not taken care of from the last time someone came just a week or so ago. The used a snake in an attempt to clear out some of the roots that they saw. Hopefully someone will call us back about the results of the camera and we can have some more permanent results. Looking forward to getting our plumbing clogs resolved once and for all. Anthony and Kyle were helpful, friendly and courteous. Thanks.

speedy response to my phonecall. they actually were able to resolve my problem and i did not have the itssue that the plumber said i had.
