Absolutely hate and disagree with your plumbing policy of only two visits per year!! This was never practiced and to the best of my knowledge, never communicated clearly to us. I have already discouraged 3 neighbors in community not to not sign up with HomeServe and posted comment on it online. I could perhaps understand limiting the visits to six or even 4 but ONLY two!!! Shame....

Some of the worst serve I've ever had somewhere. Everyone has a different opinion. Things were measured wrong and therefore communicated wrong. Not good at all

Had a furnace problem. The repairperson from ONKOR was wonderful. Knowledgeable and friendly and above all else professional. We are seniors and very grateful for this service since, for the most part, we have no one to help us.

The plumber was professional and fixed the problem. But Home Serve failed to write the ticket up correctly. As a result, the plumber has to come back a second time.
