home serve was there and did everything possible to fix my issue. My issue is the contractor did not do a good job and i did fill a survey but there was no follow through by home serve

I spoke to Ben in your customer service department about my experience with Nicholas of Allied plumbing on Dec12. Nicholas told me I required two new toilet bowls because just replacing the gasket would probably break the bowls. He would replace the bowls for $400 a special price though I would provide the bowls. I called Ben Dinkins plumbing who I had used prior to signing up with homeserve.Dinkens replaced the two gaskets and everything is fine. However, the cost was $200 for the service call and $10 per gasket. This has been the only time have I been disappointed with any of your contractors.To add salt to the woundLisa from Allied plumbing called Monday afternoon to schedule installation of two toilets.

Even though it was a very cold day, Presidio Tech came by early in the morning. He was very courteous and professional. Fixed the problem in no time. Very please with results!

Great service! I truly appreciate the timely manner the issue was taken care off. Fast and efficient. The only thing that took long was the contractor reaching out to us to schedule the initial appt. We had to call in to schedule it. Other than that, we are happy with the service provided. Thank you Home Serve
