Homeserve sent a very nice, respectful and knowledgeable technician to check/ repair my dryer and he had to order a part which he did and contacted me when it came in so he could repair. I had to call again on the same dryer for a different problem and he told me that the dryer needed to be replaced. Homeserve agreed and now I'm waiting for the check so.I can get a other dryer. The process for getting a check is too long a wait. They really need a shorter wait time
