Our waterline had a leak between the meter and our house. Home Serve replaced the water line and did an excellent job.

Tore up the yard , put down grass seed and straw in December, however the yard is full of huge rocks, like 7 to 10 inches in size. They didn’t even try to remove them. Just covered them with a lot of straw. We won’t even be able to mow the grass next year due to all the rocks.

It took almost 2 weeks for a decision to be made on a claim, then it was denied. Very disappointed with my first experience with your company. Considering cancelling my policy.
