Overall we are extremely pleased with Hone Serv. We had an issue with one of the plumbers they sent but ultimately Home Serv stood with us. Out of four plumbers so far sent for four different issues three of the four were trustworthy and solved the problem. The fourth solved the problem but tried to overcharge by an awful lot .

Not as good as usual. I was disappointed in the way my claim was handled by the one responsible for scheduling. Nichol was wonderful and helped me get things straightened out.

Company had to come out twice. First time, they did not find the leak and said it was the sprinkler system. When we checked the sprinkler system, the leak was still there. Finally called them out and they found it with our help. This leak was approximately 500 gallons/month. the problem was going on for a while and the lack of knowledge of the first team cost a minimum of 1000 gallons. Once they found the problem the repair was quick and performed properly. The extra cost of the water during a drought is the reason for the reduced rating.

We were scheduled on Thursday, 12/01/22 between the hours of 8:00pm and 12:00pm. We waited till 1:30pm. We never received a phone call from HomeServe nor from Blue Vision Appliance Repair as to when the repair person would be available. I called HomeServe in PROTEST because my wife and I are both doctors and have appointmentswith patients in the afternoon. This was the reason for our need to have the repair in the morning. The person with whom I spoke was not helpful and asked for a later app
