Steve was great and did a great job but the money I pay HomeServ for water lines and sewer lines is misleading .

I am very impressed and grateful to have the services of HomeServe! I called with a plumbing emergency and HomeServe sent technicians to my home within hours- our problem was fixed the same day! The plumbers that were sent worked diligently and professionally. 10/10 service. With the insurance I have through HomeServe, I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket. Thank you, HomeServe!

I called in because my furnace completely stopped working. It was starting to get very cold in my home. I got very concerned because I have a baby. The customer care agent was concerned for our wellbeing and made sure to find a company that could come out quickly. The HVAC company that was contacted sent a representative within the hour and my furnace was back up and running in no time. I’m very thankful for having Homeserve as a reliable source to keep my family safe.
