Due to some misunderstandings on my part and some on the part of Home Serve, I feel that Home Serve did not reimburse me for repairs to the fullest extent of the Service Agreement. What I did receive was about half of what I had anticipated. Had I not persisted, I believe that no reimbursement would have been forthcoming.

I have two tickets opened. One for Appliances. The gentleman came after a week. Then it’s been another week since he came. I haven’t heard from him or Home Serve. I have no idea the status of that one.The second one is for a plumber. You guys sent out a company that does not deal with tankless water heaters. That was appointment number one. You guys recommended a second company that after multiple phone calls never came out. He recommended a third company that has stood me up twice. They sent me a survey today asking me how I felt about the work. They never did the work!

Although you did a satisfactory job on my sewer line. Ty. You did a terrible job on my leak in the basement sending 5 and 6 different plumbers here to no avail. The 1st two didn’t even turn the water on in my 2nd bathroom, which is where the leak was coming from. I am sure they collected $255.00 fora service call saying complete. The 3rd plumber submitted a estimate which he said u turned down and sure he also got x amount of dollars for coming here. Last Sunday you sent roto rooter here who got. @ 800 with permission to tear down the walls and tile in my bathroom,he did find the leak and submitted a; estimate of $8500.00 which I thought was outrageous. I therefore called my regular plumber to get a 2nd opinion he stated he would replace the 9. Ftpipein the wall and the pipe leaking in the basement for. $2,000. I told your people if I got to do this would you. Reimburse me that money I was told NO even though it was 6500 lower than roto router after waiting and all the different plumber. For over almost a month and a half I was so disgusted with the handling of my problem I canceled my account.heis calling me to come this week to make the repairs, then have to hire carpenter to repair wall and tiles. Your representative said if I submitted the bill to you I still had$1500. To my credit that all those. Plumberswho did nothing didn’t get yet, that. You wld send to me. If this is true I may sign back up. Marie LeMoine
