I have several HomeServe policies. I have used their coverage several times and and saved hundreds if not thousands of dollars. Their response is always so fast. The companies they contract with are usually here the day I call or the next day. I would give them 10 stars if I could.Thank you HomeServe.

I was contacted by service by phone call and text when arriving. After inspection of my water heater and relight of pilot light explain what might have cause the light to have gone out. The water heater is operating ok now.

I was very pleased with the HomeServe Customer Service I received and with the Plumbing Company that they sent out for the water line repair. They were skilled plumbers that knew exactly what had to be done and did it expeditiously. They were friendly and cleaned up nicely after themselves. I would highly recommend home owners to subscribe to HomeServe for their utility insurance needs.
