I am very pleased as always with the contractor you sent over for my clogged drains. Rooter express is great as always. Super quick response and repair. I am a little disappointed with the fact that calling homeserve we don't speak to a person on the phone anymore and it is just a automated response setting up the appointment. It worked well but I am curious how this will work in the future. Also not sure how information is released to outside contractors about the job description as well.
