Plumber not helpful in identifying problem. Second time I called home serve this year. Same plumber came. Service isn’t helpful- neither was the plumber.

Plumber came quickly in an emergency situation. He was pleasant and competent and fixed the problem in a reasonable amount of time.

Spent the entire day Friday on the phone with homeserve - spoke to different person each time. Sent 2 plumbers who couldn’t fix and and wanted me to wait till Monday when I had no working plumbing in my house. Had to pay out of pocket - waiting to see if they will reimburse me.
