Times are hard right now in this country. We need companies like HomeServe who stand by what they say. I have EVERYTHING you offer and as long as I am a homeowner I will NEVER leave HomeServe for this reason, you guys DO NOT MISS!! When I call I’m speaking to someone in minutes that’s professional, I’m getting updates on what company answered the call, when they are coming and that’s either same day or next. I have used this service may 6-8 times and I’m never dissatisfied or disappointed. You guys are more than fair for what you charge and you take care of the homeowner when they call.

The plumber came out , looked at our situation & proceeded to unblock the drainage from the kitchen, he was very professional, polite, understood our needs, fixed our problem, cleaned up afterwards …..we were very pleased….The only thing I was hoping , maybe coming out on the Saturday, we had to wait until Monday after lunch….Thank you……
