Great service, very helpful staff when calling in emergency needs. The companies that have been sent out to find and fix water leaks have all been professional and explain what they were doing and quickly fixed major leaks.

Homeserve increased my monthly amount (without any notice) to $10.95/month. Even though I’m paying the premium for the $2000 benefit, they only paid $1000. Canceling all plans with Homeserve and warnings others against this scam.

Poor customer service and your contractor are very unprofessional and 2 tech came to my house and insisted of fix the issue they turn my hot water down to say to me I need a new hot water heater and 2 contractor ask me to take a picture of my hot water heater to tell me they not coming poor poor customer service i will end my contractor with you
