I took out this warranty never thinking it would someday save so muchmoney in a time of crisis. I remembered that I had it and called to make a claim. The employee was extremely helpful and empathetic to my loss and assigned an electrician who repaired the damaged parts. The Home Serve lady read me what was covered and assured me not to worry. The assigned electrician was also great accessing the problem, communicating, and getting the permits and calling the power company to restore service.

was given amount i would owe extra agreed to price tech started work went to get parts called back saying would not do service later had call saying 100.00 dollars more finall installed saturday . installers were friendly and professional. did not like given one price and wanted more
