I expected a call back and a written report from when the contractor was at my house. I need something fixed on my sewer line and no one has called me back yet. I NEED MY SEWER LINE FIXED! PLEASE CALL ME BACK

I just wish you had sent the second company the first time. On a Thursday i was given a Saturday appointment by the first company to unstop my sewer. It wasn't till I called back on Friday, that I was sent to another company, which came out within an hour.
