The employees were very professional in their work effort and communication. they ensured the job was completed in a timely manner.It was a joy in communicating with them.

Well there was a glitch and apparently my order didn’t go through . I called back two hours later and the customer service person saw that nothing had gone through she made sure that it went through and the local plumber called first thing in the morning.

When you sold me the policy your words were “if we can’t fix it we will replace it” ,when I called in service call I asked about policy and was told AGAIN the same thing.. BUT now you have changed your words. Your are dishonest in order to sell the warranties but when claim is made your terms are different, ALSO, you refuse to provide documents to back up what technician bills . AND a manager/ supervisor NEVER returns the call as I requested!!It is impossible to get information from them….. it’s impossible to work things out . They SCALP you with technician prices and you are stuck using their servicemen that overcharge, bill for work they NEVER did , provide estimates higher then normalBEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!
