Excellent service as always to Downey Plumbing for promptly coming to our rescue. It was Sunday morning and they came as soon as possible. The technician arrived soon after I called to report the plumbing issue.He was very hard working, ,and explained the situation very well .I am very thankful that the problem was resolved in such a timely fashion.

It started off well and went down hill very fast. The order you placed the service could not be done till Tuesday (4 days later). They asked me to call HS back, I did and the person who picked up was new. She did not listen and talked over me multiple times, I shared that I needed someone to come out sooner and got so frustrated with the person I hung up. I called the 0riginal dispatched service you had for Tuesday,shared with her my frustration and handling of this matter with HS. She then offered a Monday service. I ended up cancelling the service all together as my husband, took it upon himself and resolved the matter himself on Sunday. This was my 1st attempt of using this service with you and I have 3 homes by you at this time. I am now questioning why I have this service. I received a call later that went to my vmsg, with an apology but if this is the customer service you provide, perhaps I need to go somewhere else especially since I was willing to pay the fees necessary to have it repaired.

Your advertising says you are able to locate underground water pipes. But it did not happen at my house disappointed.!
