I call later in the evening. The person I spoke with said the plumber would contact me in the morning, probably after 8:30am. So our water kept running, somewhere, all night. I thought someone would be out that night. The original form said 24/7 access to your emergency hotline. & a tech will be directed to our property. Once the techs got here, their service was exceptional. It was the waiting that I did not expect.
