Almost two weeks later and a serious sewage leak in our home (after the first homeserve plumber said things were ok) and things STILL aren’t fixed by using homeserve. The third plumber just left our house with the advice of getting a hotel room and that they’ll “be back next week” to try and find our issue. Homeserve has been the biggest waste of time and we would’ve been better off calling a private plumber to help with our issues, which we likely will need to do anyway. Will tell all our friends to stay away from this trash company.

It was frustrating to have to repeatedly call for an ongoing issue speaking with at least 4 representatives before my issue was resolved. Seemed like there was no communication between representatives recording or documentation of the issue that was needed to get resolved.Finally after speaking with several different people I was able to reach a representative who was able to get my issue resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Always have very friendly and helpful people when I call. They immediately start the process to get a plumber to contact us. Always get same day service pretty much. Just a great company. Would recommend to anyone.

The delay of having check back with you is torture. I don’t understand.
