The people who came out to do the work were great, very kind and professional. However, I felt like we just kept getting pushed back. One day would pass and we'd get a call at 4pm saying there wasn't enough time and our appointment would get pushed to the next day. This happened 3 times. Then finally when they came out they said because there wasn't a "current" clog in the toilet the supervisor would not approve cleaning out the pipes, even though we have had issues for over a year and have to use the plunger every time someone deficates and their rep said the pipes were full of grease and needed to be cleaned out. Very inconvenient.
