Never any issues. Always prompt, friendly, excellent customer service. Called on a Saturday, very early. Gentleman who answered was genuine and dispatched my call out right away. Appreciate Home Serves employees and the service provided. A well worth monthly investment!!! It's a real struggle out in this crazy world but when looking at where I can make cutbacks Home Serve is not one of the items considered. Thank you.

Plummer was very knowledgeable. Curteous and explained how everything worked. His office person kept me apprised of his arrival time and was very very nice. I will request that same person if I need that service again.
