My hot water heater is leaking and under warranty and the technician refused to either repair or replace it, claiming it couldn't possibly be leaking because it was only a few years old.

The electrician Michael was awesome. He was very thorough. He did what the other electric company didn’t even thing of doing. He came and checked everything that he thought would cause the problem. It appears that the problem has been fixed, thanks to Michael. Hats off to the company that came out.
