I’m not happy with HomeServe at this time due to how long it is taking to be reimbursed for a mistake made by your technical specialist. I am due over $3100 from HomeServe and it is taking way to long for this refund.

I was very pleased to have someone come out. The young man was very nice. The sink in the kitchen was snaked and is draining very well. The bathroom sink was running slow due to the position of the pop up. The sink drain runs very well now; however the pop up was not reconnected. It can be lifted out of the sink which could cause a problem in the future.

I have had terrible experiences with plumbing contractors (United) by not thoroughly completing job and usually resulting in a second call which means i have to take more time off work. The Homeserve representatives have always very helpful and patient. United plumbing that I keep getting connected to is the exact opposite!

Repair was done quickly. Reporting it was easy. Satisfied with the HomeServ service and would recommend it to others.

it was easy to arrange. The workmen arrived when stated. Completed the work quickly. Everything has been working well since then. Pleasant to work with.

The claims process went above my expectations as I was assigned a technician same day and received a call to confirm my appointment. The technician was knowledgeable had concern about protecting my property with my plumbing issue and came back the next day Soto minimize any possible flooding. He was able to clear the drain all the way to my street and made sure the line was clear by doing multiple runs of flushing and running water to ensure the clog was indeed clear. Overall great experience and will highly recommend
