Company that was sent was wonderful!!

The company you sent came to my home on Friday November November 4th and we quickly found what was supposed to be the leak. They informed me that before they could fix the leak and company would have to come and mark any underground utilities or other pipe. That company did come on Monday November 7 and complete their marking before lunch. I called the plumbing company to inform them and was told the first time for a plumber to company to my home would be Friday November 11, 2022. I then went to Springville Water Works, and paid almost a $300.00 bill and was informed the leak was running at a rate of over 1,400 gallons every 24 hours. I again called the plumbing company to informed them of this information and was again informed the first chance to get a plumber to my location would be on Friday November 11th. Very disappointing!!!O'Neal Cleveland

When I spoke to Caleb, I told him that he would need a tall ladder. He said alright. He comes to my house with no ladder at all. He looks at my light outside and tells me that it is old and needs to be replaced. One inside socket was fixed bu the other one he said was fixed is still not working. He simply put a new cover over the socket. Please do not send him to my house again.

I would describe this experience as satisfactory but no better than that. Servicing my exterior sewer required two visits from the plumber HomeServe designated. The first visit did not solve the problem and the second one may have. I will wait and see. Furthermore, the plumber in question replaced the one who HomeServe sent in the past. He was local and and excellent but is no longer in business in my city. The new company is about 60 miles away from home and, while the techs were adequate, they are 1) too far away and 2) were not at the level of the one HomeServe has sent in the past. I told Customer Service that I will be suggesting another plumber who I trust in this area if I need yet a third service call. I have also arranged for that plumber to get in touch with HomeServe via your Contractor Recruitment line. He has a good reputation, is nearby and should be in your network.

Almost excellent! Very professional & Friendly Service Technician but now have a leak under sink and bath tub still drains slow.
