I have used Home Serve for several years and loved it but the second time I had a pool / spa issue they refused to cover it saying it wasn’t covered but yet they paid last year 2025 to replace the motor and now they are telling me i dont had be coverage en been thou i paid for it and its in my contract. Got tired of arguing with them and had somebody come and fix it on my own dime

I have used HomeServe several times in past years. They are fast and efficient. Stott plumbing is the contractor you use and always have been very professional and their service is 1st class. I had a clogged basement sewer drainand Bryson and Christian worked very hard to clear the drain. They were on time, fast, clean and did a superb job !Thanks to both Home Serve and Stott plumbing, you're the best !

The supervisor didn’t call to discuss the issue with my Central air unit so I was forced to Cxl contactPoor customer service

Great experience and on time

Needed a hot water heater. Had estimates and everything needed for service. Home serve requested that I pay for all of the service and they would give $800.00 of the service. I had no follow up or any help. I am 75 years old. Will never trust them and pray they do not treat another senior or any one the way they treated me. Did not care.

Worst home warranty company I’ve ever encountered.Always excuses and poor performance.More than half the time elected to preform out of my own pocket as I could no longer wait for them finding a cheap contractor.Never ever again.
