First call, morning,, sending someone to look and determine if covered. I got an email and text confirmation. Second call, evening, still looking for a contractor. No call from contractor. Next day call: NO RECORD OF ANY CONVERSATION NOR ARRANGEMENT.

I had 3 men so far & my problem is still not solved. lanzo plumbing has still not contacted me regarding my sewer problem. They also left my sewer cap off & water got the all over the basement. I don't know how long the issue will take to be solved.
