FYI Contractor did a good job, they came early, the lady told me around noon but they showed early. They check the problem and it was done. The guy, forgot his name explained everything to me. The last time I checked, the grass was still wet, I'm not sure if because of the rain or there is still leak. I think it's okay. Thank you.

The woman who took care of my call went up and beyond to get me service. She was very efficient and caring, unlike the previous customer service guy who took my call, he did seem to care.

My daughter and I was very well pleased and happy with the service that you provided; you came when you said you would. We had contacted another company G, in the early morning and they promised to come out through my insurance company and at 8 p.m. they still hadn't shown up. They even tried to collect from my insurance company. Your company was true to your word. Robert M. was very professional, kind, and friendly doing his job, he took his time and made sure everything was working properly before leaving that evening even though it was the weekend. I would recommend your company to anyone.

THE CONTRACTOR WAS RUDE AND LEFT THE MESS THAT HE MADE FROM BREAKING THE PLASTER ON THE WALL ON THE FLOOR. DID NOT CLEAN-UP AFTER HIS JOB.

I called to have my furnace repaired and everybody kept giving me the runaround it took 15 days sitting in the COLD to get the furnace fixed it was a very poor response by your company and no one would ever call me back

They went one day and needed extra help and returned 3 days later. They were pleasant but would have wanted faster service to fix the water leak.
