I placed a call before 8:00 am and was assured I would receive same day service for a critical situation. (No working toilets). I made three calls to you, four to and from McAtee Plumbing with no satisfaction. Refused to come out that day but could come out the next day! Another call from a plumber in Sumter, SC to schedule an appointment 8 days out while I had no working toilets!!!! Finally after 5:00 pm Webster Plumbing stopped by with no call ahead but did fix my problems! Needless to say by the time Webster got here , my patience and civility had been used up!

I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Homeserve. Even though the plumbing problem occurred late on a Friday evening, Homeserve made arrangements with the plumbing contractor that evening and the contractor came early on Saturday morning and fixed the problem. I am very happy I have Homeserve and highly recommend Homeserve to anyone. Homeserve personnel are courteous, informative and dedicated to addressing any problem you may encounter.

I had several issues with the customer service of the employees of Homeserve. The plumbing company provided excellent service. However your customer service staff have some issues with poor attitude. One service rep actually hung up on me The company as a whole leaves a lot to be desired. I hope I never have the need to use my Homeserve policies in the future as they actually don’t cover much.
