We placed our phone call to Home Serve for a plumbing leak and we set up with a contractor immediately. The contractor called us to set up the service call, Plumber arrived that day, and after a difficult search, finally discovered where the leak started. Problem was taken care of and leak gone!Great job Home Serve!

I’m not happy with HomeServe at this time due to how long it is taking to be reimbursed for a mistake made by your technical specialist. I am due over $3100 from HomeServe and it is taking way to long for this refund.
