The result was good . HomeServe contacted an outside contractor to solve my issue and put it through my interior electrical coverage , so I paid nothing . The only issue I had was that the first representative told me that the repair was not covered under my policy .

The scheduling initially was a little rocky. I had to actually reach out the provider to schedule my initial visit instead of them contacting me. They were not able to make any type of repair on the initial day of service but arrived on time the following morning to start my line repair. Michelle and Chris were excellent in explaining the issue, resolving the breakdown and the necessary cleanup. Thanks for a great experoence.
