We were very pleased with the level of expertise and professionalism given us. He was prompt on arrival and had our problem fixed and all to perfection.

The person that finally came out was wonderful and fixed the problem right away. However, I called on Monday and I got a call back but the vendor wouldn't be able to come until Thursday/Friday so they said they would inform HomeServe. HomeServe never called so I called again the following day. The person I spoke to said someone would be coming between 11-2 but no one came and I received no call from anyone. When I called HomeServe again they said that whoever I spoke to had never logged the request. She said she was very sorry and would get someone out right away. The person came the next day and got the job done. However this experience made us wonder why we are paying for this service when it took so long to get the problem fixed. As a family of 4 we need the use of our drains for bathes, cleaning and of course to go to the bathroom without fear of it leaking back into our home.

Homeserve was excellent! My pressure regulator was fixed the next morning, by one of the best plumbing companies in the area. I would recommend homeserve to anyone. Thank you!
