The plumber was nice, but the problem was not resolved. He told us what he believed it to be. Nothing was done to fix the issue right then. So the problem still there. The problem Needs to be totally resolved before I can say I am happy or job well done. Just want it totally done and fixed thanks.

The plumber fix one problem and has now caused additional problems. The basement floods when we use the shower and tubs. I reached back out and never got a response. My initial call was for the basement backing up. That wasn’t fixed

Great customer service!Wonderful plumbing company you sent out. Texas Quality plumbing sent out a tech within an hour and diagnosed the leak problem and fixed it quickly and did a great job cleaning up my yard and street.I was very impressed and grateful.Thank you.

I didn’t have to do anything. Make a phone call. No deductible. Contractor arrived at my house that day. Fixed the next day. King contractors was great for real.Thank you
