During my conversation with the phone rep on my water heater issue I also asked if my service agreement would cover work on an outside spigot that was leaking. The operator looked at my svc agreement and said no. Now after paying $798 for the plumbing repair I am told the 10 inch pipe under my house that had to be replaced would have been covered - but it’s too late. I called the plumber and they can’t help me either (they do not do itemized invoices and can’t even tell what my loss is). 🫤

Well the first person you guys sent out here didn’t come back to fix it and I had to call about 10 times I got lied to and I had to get the electricians number license number and turn it into FPNL to get my license electric back on who is poor service from your people Handling this problem for me
