it started rough. my hot water tank failed. I called you, and then got an e-mail from His & her plumbing. saying they would call to set appointment. never did. called them next day said couldn’t have anything done for 5-6 days. unacceptable (very poor service)called you guys back, asked to speak with a manager/supv. very nice woman returned my call within 10 minutes, and had a local company set up in the next two hours, local company showed up within an hour (Mr Rooter) had it replaced by 5:00 pm. great service thank you!

Thank you for responding immediately to my need for service..The gentleman who answered at Home Serve did not hesitate to work diligently to find me a plumber. I was contacted immediately and the service was performed and all was fixed in a very timely manner!So happy to have Home Serve!!
