Bathtub had a clogged drain first plumber who excepted the bid said it will be 5 days. I knew that was not an option called HomeServe back and later that day another plumber came out fixed the issue.

I woke up on Thursday with 4 or 5” of water in my kitchen sink that had not drained after dishwasher ran overnight. Big family wedding was coming up on Saturday evening and 15 people expected here on Saturday morning for brunch. I called Home Serve by 8:30 and service scheduled for 4 that afternoon. Lovely polite, capable young man Noah, had everything under control and repaired and my blood pressure down by 4:30!!!! Thank you Home Serve.
