I'm new to the area and requested someone to assist with the pool water heater because it is not working. I have not heard back and it has been 2 weeks. My realtor has even assisted but I don't think my issue will get resolved. I would like a refund on my home warranty instead and will find another party to solve my problem quickly. I have family coming this week and they look forward to using the pool so I need an immediate resolution.
