The plumber stated that he need to change 3-4 pipes, which he never change and lied that he changed it, to skim money from Home serve. Only he replaced two pipe sleeve to stop the leak. only $200 work.This incident should be reported to California Better Business Bureau and to California Consumer fraud division.
