We needed an electrician and at first, your "'dispatcher" gave us a company that could not come for a week or more. That was not acceptable but on the second try, she got a company to come the same day and promptly fix the problem.

So I called Homeserve last week as I had a plumbing problem .They sent a plumber over to access the situation,he took pictures,etc.and sent all the information to the company.They are not in agreement over the cost of the repair and in the meantime I am the one suffering.I have called three times to get this resolved but they keep telling me it"s under review.I have had a contract for years and am using it for the first time ,what"s the problem?I am entitled to 2 swrvice calls per year up to$2,500 per repair,honor your contract please. I"m 83 years old and have to clean up my basement where the leak is daily,it"s unhealthy & unsafe,get your act together & resolve this problem,ty.

The young man did an AWESOME JOB.

Very nice service by then two gentleman who came to my home. One came on Sunday and fixed the problem with the small sink in the bathoom. The other other man came on Wednesday and after working on the clogged drain in the shower and the clogged kitchen sink drain. He said that the showerfloor would have to be torn up as part of the repair to unclog the lines. He said he would have to contact the office to see what would happen next. I said that would be fine. I said I would call the office to see what the next step would be. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Thank you all for your help, kindness and understanding.Sincerely, Donna Herbst
