Awi, from Ideal Electrical & Plumbing called ahead of time and arrived the day he received the work order from HomeServe, on the day I called. He enabled my boiler to work, so that I was able to get heat right away. I am very appreciative. In addition, I scheduled an annual heat maintenance from HomeServe for next month, when it is no longer an emergency.

HomeServe has been great. But, the plumber was rescheduled until Friday 10/14/22. The first appointment was between 2 & 6, but he got here really early and I wasn’t home yet.

It took a week after calling to receive of a service call . Called every day for a week and answered the same questions . Experienced reps not reading the contracts or policies to confirm coverage . Not properly documenting notes , multiple reps I spoke with said the would process the request but it took a full week. Eventually a tech did not come out they just sent a email it’s an amount to be paid out .
