James Cooper's Heating & Air did an excellent job working on my Heating & Air unit.James checked the unit after he repaired what was wrong and made sure it was working before he left my home. I would recommend that Home Serve give him more work ASAP.I called Home Serve after James completed his work on my Unit and gave a report, Great Job by James Coopers's Heating.

After three phone calls an almost 12 hours we finally had a service tech - we had a sewer back up and I really don't think if I hadn't made the third phone call anyone would have shown up. I was told at just before 10:00 am that someone would reach out by 10:30 It was almost 8:00 pm before someone showed up.The service tech was as nice and helpful as could be - would recommend him to anyone
