contractor came in a timely manor although did not want to discuss price with me when i explained i just didn't want to go over my budget alotted and they had trouble finding what is causing my problem other than that they are reliable and dependable

So much confusion with who was going to do the service work(3 different company names were given to me) and poor communications. People say they will call me back and don't. The work was completed on the next to last day of a deadline from the powerline company. Overall...there needs to be plenty of improvement.
