Very professional & competent.

Sent out four 4 different companies for my service request. Some where electricians for a sewer repair. The only only one that knows what to do does not have equipment and was probably 17 years old. He managed to lift out the grinder but he was not strong enough to lower it back even with my husband’s help. The job could have been done if there was a second person to help him.Finally Homeserve just told me I was not covered for that service.I was told I need to get someone to drain the water so they can service the grinder.Some plumbers they sent out were in suits to service a sewer system.The ones that look like plumber walk right pass you without taking off their walk shoes, if you don’t move out quickly they push their way pass you into your house. The 1 star I put in here is for the young guy.

Problem not resolved. Recommended additional work to another service provider misdiagnosed. Failed to cleanup after work done.
